One of the book's most beloved settings is Guido's Pizza, a weathered Anchorage institution where law enforcement gathers at "the back table" to decompress, swap stories, and share secrets. Owner Guido and his staff (including waitresses Hayley and Samantha, and pizza artisan Tyler) become part of the fabric of Erik and Quinn's world.
